(1) Raised with Christ, dead to the sinful things of this world. Or are we still caught up in them? On putting on the new man --- what that means; 
(2) On Scythians and ancient peoples; 
(3) On the 'Elect of God', the sign of election being holiness, kindness, love and forgiveness; 
(4) On how to change, mature, grow: trying to follow the very commands and way of life Paul describes; of falling but getting up, being continuously reliant on God's love and forgiveness; on being more aware of our sin the more we mature;  
(5) On "toll booths"; 
(6) The Church and her sacraments are there to guide us through the Christian life; On confession and the role of the Priest: A priest pronounces Christ's forgiveness ... he imparts the grace of the Holy Spirit to heal the soul; he is there to manifest the presence of Christ, to be his hands and voice to the Church. Also, a priest can help you see the things you are missing and need to be dealt with --- a spiritual friend.
