Topics include: 
(1) The Priesthood of Melchizedek ... the Priest who lives forever, a Priest and King ... a type of which Jesus Christ is the fulfillment; 
(2) The annulment of the Law of Moses, because of its weakness and unprofitability ... it was not able to make anyone perfect. In Christ we have a better hope, a new covenant, by which we draw near to God, and commune with God in the Holy Spirit. Judaism is no longer valid ... it does not bring anyone to salvation;
(3) Christ brings a radical change in the Priesthood .. the Priesthood of Christ is the Priesthood of the Church. The Church is not subject to the Law of Moses or the Priesthood of Levi; 
(4) Christ is the true Israel ... we are heirs of Abraham by faith, not by the Law ... an END to legalism; 
(5) Regarding civil laws; 
(6) "On earth as it is in Heaven" ... the basic principle of worship; 
(7) The new covenant ... written on our hearts and minds ... in the Holy Spirit ... not even about obedience ... knowing God is the key, a living experience of communion with God. God reveals Himself to every person... sin is wiped away in the new covenant, in Christ's victory over sin and death; 
(8) The "Our Father"; 
(9) Further discussion of Melchizedek in the context of the time of Christ: Jesus' ministry coincided with the popular expectation of the return of Melchizedek, a type of the Anointed One, the Christ, the Messiah, at the end of the 10th Jubilee in AD 33. Melchizedek would make the ultimate sacrifice to reconcile the whole creation to God, overcoming all things that alienate people from God, especially sin and death.
