Description: Metropolitan Jonah discusses the Gospel of John chapter 2. 
Topics include:

(1) Allegorical interpretations by the fathers of the Wedding at Cana. Its parallel with the Wedding of Christ with His Church through His incarnation, death and resurrection. Parallels to the Eucharist. Discussions of the significance of "On the third day"; 
(2) Discussion of "Woman, what does your concern have to do with Me? My hour has not yet come." 
(3) The Cleansing of the Temple at the "Passover of the Jews". Its position in John's Gospel. Its application: Do we seek our own interests in Church rather than Christ's interest? Are we focused on worldly things? 
(4) Christ, discerner of hearts (vv23-25): We all must move beyond belief (Catechumen) to baptism, chrismation, and communion with God.
