(2) What is worship? What does it mean to worship God in Spirit and in Truth?;
(3) Being in Christ through Christ's self-offering and the Sacraments vs. the Western transactional focus (Propitiation). The Liturgy is a celebration of our salvation: we have been made holy, redeemed, made part of His Body, and are in Christ by the Holy Spirit. Our identity is now in Christ and we enter into Christ's relationship to the Father through Him;
(4) The continuity of worship between the Old and New Testaments. Christ fulfills the pattern and forms (the Temple, the High Priest, etc.) that began in the Old Testament. The High Priest recapitulated Israel. Jesus Christ recapitulates the Spiritual Israel.
(5) The Liturgy as a manifestation of the eternal Kingdom of God. We leave the world and enter into this Kingdom each Liturgy.
